L\u2019entente peut porter sur les salaires, les avantages sociaux, les conditions de travail, les cong\u00e9s, les indemnit\u00e9s de d\u00e9part et bien d\u2019autres choses. Si le syndicat ne peut \u00e9viter tous les changements au travail, la convention collective permet au moins de d\u00e9finir leur incidence sur les personnes salari\u00e9es. D\u00e8s qu\u2019on obtiendra l\u2019accr\u00e9ditation syndicale, nos conditions de travail, nos salaires et nos avantages sociaux seront fix\u00e9s. On \u00e9lira ensuite un comit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation compos\u00e9 de personnes qui travaillent \u00e0 la SCHL et de sp\u00e9cialistes de l\u2019AFPC. Le comit\u00e9 consultera tout le personnel pour \u00e9laborer les revendications syndicales et \u00e9tablir les priorit\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9mocratique. L\u2019\u00e9quipe de n\u00e9gociation rencontrera ensuite l\u2019employeur pour entamer les pourparlers, pr\u00eate \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre ce qui nous tient \u00e0 c\u0153ur. Cela servira \u00e0 mieux d\u00e9terminer les enjeux qui feront l\u2019objet de vos revendications.<\/p><p>Ensemble, les membres du personnel de la SCHL feront des suggestions et \u00e9tabliront les priorit\u00e9s. Les n\u00e9gociations avec l\u2019employeur se feront en fonction de ces priorit\u00e9s.
